We were thrilled with the ski-in ski-out feature of the hotel, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes. The cozy and warm rooms provided the perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and varied, satisfying our cravings. The spa area was a haven of relaxation and comfort, great to rejuvenate and unwind. The helpful and friendly staff enhanced our overall experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a ski getaway.

It is really close to the airport. Chopok juh was easily accessible within a 10-minute stroll. We enjoyed the fact that we chose srdiecko.

Great location for skiing, cozy lobby, helpful and friendly staff, excellent wellness center with saunas and jacuzzi, good breakfast and dinner, clean and cozy rooms.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well equipped with a comfortable double bed and the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the attention to detail in the renovated interior adds a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel near the beautiful mountains. We were able to conveniently reach the cable cars to the top of Chopok and explore the spectacular nature. the hotel staff was very thoughtful, they provided an exceptional service, and the breakfast was delicious. the cozy and clean room with a nice bathroom offered comfort and relaxation after an adventurous day. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere.

We would have appreciated a wider selection on the dinner menu.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is unbeatable, as it is super close to the ski lift and cable car, allowing for easy access to the slopes. The staff is extremely friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. The basic amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the rooms, although in need of renovation, have a cozy charm with a double bed. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a great way to start the day on the slopes.

The hotel could improve the decoration in the rooms, as it appears a bit outdated and in need of a refresh.

This hotel is super close to the ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for avid skiers like myself. Being able to walk right out of the hotel and onto the slopes is a dream come true. The location couldn't be better.

The rooms were fairly basic and some amenities, such as curtains that didn't fully cover the windows, were less than ideal. the service at the ski school/rental shop was not up to par, with staff members seeming inexperienced and ill-equipped to help.

The hotel location was stunning, with beautiful surroundings that were perfect for a city break. the ski slope was right outside, which was a great advantage if you are an experienced skier. We also enjoyed the great bar area, with the cozy couches, fireplace, and chill mood.

The hotel staff did not rent skis or book ski school. the food was ok, but it was quite heavy on carbohydrates and meat.

The breakfast served a substantial range, including cooked meals, fruit, cereals, and hot and cold drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful.
